Cookie Policy

Effective date: 1 July 2026

Short version: Mobilio uses only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and keep the application secure. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that monitor your behaviour across other websites.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit (such as your login session) so you don't have to re-enter it every time.

Cookies can be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (stored for a defined period). They can be set by the website you are visiting ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services embedded in the page.

2. How Mobilio Uses Cookies

Mobilio uses a minimal set of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. All cookies we set fall into the "strictly necessary" or "functional" categories.

3. Third-Party Services

Mobilio integrates with the following third-party services that may set their own cookies or handle data:

Supabase: authentication and database. Supabase sets session tokens in your browser's localStorage, not as traditional HTTP cookies. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts: we load fonts from Google Fonts CDN. Google may log the font request (IP address, browser type). We use font-display: swap to avoid blocking rendering. See Google Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking services.

4. Your Choices

Consent: When you first visit mobilio.cloud, a banner will ask for your consent to use non-essential cookies (currently, only the consent preference cookie itself). You can accept or decline.

Browser settings: You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling the Supabase session token (stored in localStorage) will prevent you from staying signed in to the application.

Withdraw consent: You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time. This will reload the cookie banner so you can update your preference.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be notified to active Customers by email. The latest version is always available at mobilio.cloud/cookies.
